Ladies Conference in Coalville

Marian in Pink

Marian in Pink

Review by Christabelle Brimpong

‘Your Best is Yet to Come’ was the theme of the first Ladies’ conference organised by the Full Gospel Pentecostal Church, Coalville in Leicestershire.  An event my friend Marian Sinclair (who was heavily involved in its planning and execution) had talked about for a year. How quickly time flies!

The Church building was a vision in feminine pink, decorated to welcome the daughters of the Lord.

The worship team, that included Marian and her sister Sheba, led us into the presence of the Lord in anticipation of what He had to say.  Amongst the congregation was host, Pastor Flora Graham and our speaker, Mrs Agnes Asando, the first lady of Action Chapel International, London.

More Food!

More Food!

An exposition of the Lord’s Word, taken from Jeremiah chapter 29 and various other scriptures, expanded on the theme, weaving in the presence of God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit during creation through to today, the importance of obedience to the Word in the outworking of Gods best for us.  It was an encouraging time.

This was followed by a sumptuous lunch buffet, prepared by Marian; yes she is a multitalented lady.  For the day, she was an event manager, co-host, worship singer, chef, and decorator!

Note from Paul. Don’t worry about me, I microwaved a bit of chicken for myself while this was going on.

About Paul Sinclair

Paul Sinclair, often referred to as The Faster Pastor, has 30 years proven ministry as a pastor, speaker, published author and writer. His wife Marian is from Ghana and has been a minister in song for as many years. When Marian sings… expect an anointing!
